ABOUT
We decided to start a podcast in the months following the completion of our undergraduate degrees in Psychology. The podcast was born of both a love for the discussion surrounding mental health and a drive to increase honest, thought-provoking discourse on what can otherwise be confusing to understand and hard to talk about. Each episode, we take on the task of answering a big question on a mental health topic. We mainly share our personal thoughts and discussion, as well as using research to bolster any opinions made.

We think that it is so important to be open about discussing mental health - something we all share, but rarely talk about. But please note, this podcast is just for fun and we never claim to be experts on mental health.

Thank you so much for choosing to listen to Re:Mind The Podcast. Stay tuned!

I love opening the lid on mental health and being part of the wider discussion. I’m super interested in the links between physical and mental health and generally exploring various ways for all of us to foster better mental health (for ourselves and our wider community, especially during these times). Other than that, I’m big on fitness, crochet and memes - so expect those to be brought up a few times.

Re:Mind is my passion project trying to normalise discussion about mental health. The dream is one day mental health services will be accessible to everyone and a part of daily life but for now we're starting with one conversation at a time. My interests mainly lie in cyberpsych and mental health online. Outside of Re:Mind, I spend the rest of my spare time listening to music/musical theatre, napping, and sending memes to Angie.
