Updated: Mar 3, 2021

Welcome to Re:Mind the podcast where we take you on a journey to understand how the little things impact our mental health in a big way. This week we explore whether or not we should always be striving for self-improvement.

Off the back end of new year's resolutions and with the 40 days of Lent soon approaching us, it's normal to have a think about what we could be giving up or taking up in the quest of self-improvement.

We take a look at what we think self-improvement means, as well as why we even bother in the first place and how important it is to know what your intentions are in order to stay afloat in this world of hyper productivity.
